NeuroVeil provides a suite of digital tools designed to monitor and protect human attention. This includes neural diagnostic testing (The Digital Brain Age Test), browser-based cognitive firewalls, and mobile performance analytics. Our services utilize artificial intelligence to identify and mitigate high-dopamine "feedback loops" in short-form digital media.
By accessing our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Services, including our source code, algorithms, neural diagnostic frameworks, "Sentinel" silhouettes, and brand logos, are the proprietary property of NeuroVeil UK. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and international intellectual property laws.
The "Digital Brain Age" test and all NeuroVeil diagnostics are for informational and performance-optimization purposes only. NeuroVeil is not a medical device and is not designed to diagnose or treat neurological disorders, clinical ADHD, or other mental health conditions. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider.
In no event shall NeuroVeil UK be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of your use of the firewall or the results of our cognitive diagnostics.
Payments for premium firewall access are processed via Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to their billing terms. Subscription cancellations can be made via your user dashboard at any time; however, partial refunds for unused billing cycles are not guaranteed unless required by UK consumer law.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to NeuroVeil immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
